Shui Buya water hinge of QingJiang River is the leading power plant in the development of QingJiang River .It can hold 4.58 billion stere water with capability of 1600MW.Two tunnels with space of 55meters far lie in the left bank of QingJiang River ,whose length are 1180.36 and 1181.76 meters .All the sections of the tunnels are straight cambers ,the radius of which is 8.2meters, and the centre angle of which is 166.3 degrees with the maximum section 23.9×20.92m(503.99m~2),the minimum section 15.88×17.62m(256.12m~2). There are faultage , cranny ,area for load and cutting area between two layers in the area of the tunnels .The two tunnels of Shui Buya water hinge of QingJiang River is very difficult during construction , with complicated geology ,large and changeful sections , cracked rock, tensional time limit. Many science and technology items were established with science and technology in the leading position and more effort during the construction , and these problems had been resolved at last after more than one year's effort .So a set of comprehensive technology in construction of complicated geology had been established ,which can be consulted by the similar project later.1. The tunnels with extremely large section had been accomplished safely and quickly by dividing the tunnel into up and down steps and doing the middle leading one firstly2. F8 faultage ,whose crack was large, dense and force big ,was accomplished successfully by using the special plan of preventing water by affusing ,short digging and strong shoring.3. By using the moderate tunnel construction method, the tunnel with big cross section was cut into three relatively smaller ones, thus, the excavation of the gradually changing part of the diversion tunnel with super big cross-section was successfully completed when the wall-rock was weak.4. Lined by using the specially big cross-section steel template trolley designed and manufactured by us, the construction speed was accelerated and the construction security was guaranteed.5. Since the backfilling grouting and consolidation grouting were strictly controlled, the combination compaction degree between tunnel and the rock and the safety and stability of the structure were guaranteed.6. The section of the tunnels was well controlled and the safety of the construction was also guaranteed by the technology of measuring and controlling and the application of the technology of inspect in the big section tunnels.7. Pass to strengthen a construction organization and manage, valid control the engineering quality, promise a construction a safety, insure according to the date cut to flow.In fine, by the shuibuya to lead to flow hole should be "the shuibuya lead to flow the hole comprehensive construction technique research and analysis", carry out to keep on high produce, represent the advanced level of the big cross section hole, according to the date finish construction to cut to flow, the hole construction quality is good, obtain a better social and economic performance.
