The ZheGu-Mountain tunnel is long and far deep under the ground ,and its geology condition is complex. The systematic practice and study on the construction geology prediction of the ZheGu-Moutain tunnel is not only important to this tunnel, but also can using for reference to other tunnels.The study mainly gets the outcomes through investigating on the spot, testing, inspecting, analyzing and computing as following:(1)breaking the traditional way, and extending the construction geology prediction' content from main geology condition prediction to the geology condition predication and the disaster predication all should be strengthened.(2)taking the geology analysis as main way and combining the pre-test, predicating the tunnel's main geology condition (rock quality, surrounding rock classification ,long-wide joint, fault, ground water, crustal stress),and predicating the main potential disaster (collapse, breaking water, rockburst, large deformation)(3)employing the stress test result and inverse analysis of the stress field, finding out the crustal stress' s distributing rule along the tunnel axes section: the highest crustal stress is 24MPa near the deepest spot, and predicting that the K2+260~K3+000 likely to be the high crustal stress segment for this tunnel.(4)The collapse often involves with the fault and the phyllite. fault's strength parameter is very low, and the phyllite is liable soften to the water. Using the geology analysis way can recognise the collapse danger segment beforehand, and using the inspecting system can alarming the collapse.(5)using geology analysis way and taking the watering prediction, showing that the probability to happen serous watering phenomenon is very low. The tunnel's largest watering quantity is 4220.9m3/d(6)The test, inspecting system and the computing showing that, the rock(IV) in high crustal stress segment has the rock quality and stress condition to happen light rockburst. But seeing from the rock structure condition, the relation between the structure and the S|, the relation between the structure and the tunnel axes, the probability to happen rockburst is very low.(7)The main mechanics mechanism to happen large deformation is that the rock intenerated by the water ,and producing flowing deformation along with the time. The swelling is the secondary reason for large deformation. By the elasticity-plastic FEM analysis and the flow deformation analysis through inspecting system to the rock II3,getting that the total deformation is within the quantity set aside.(8)Through the practice and the study on the ZheGu-Mountain tunnel, having set up the highway-tunnel's construction geology prediction system systematically. The system is significative to other tunnels' practice and study on construction geology prediction.
