Nowadays, energy and environment problems have become the bottleneck that limits the sustainable development of the economy of our country. Regulating the energy construction, raising the energy utilizing efficiency, improving the security of energy industry and solving the environment pollution have become the emphases of the energy stratagem of our country. Distributed energy system is just about a new energy supply mode which integrates energy saving, economy, environment protecting, reliable energy supply, and shows broad future in our country.Distributed energy system is the establishment of energy step utilization, resource integrated using and renewable energy, which is set up based on energy step utilization conception, and allocated separately at the demand side. According to the different demands of the customers, the energy supply is carried out with the match of temperature and the energy loss during the transportation is reduced to the lowest. Thereby the efficiency of the energy using becomes the highest.In the thesis, based on the introduction to the conception, composing, and the basic principles of the distributed energy system, different distributed energy system projects which take the electricity generation device as the kernel part are analyzed and compared. And these projects'working principle and application features are clarified respectively. The energy consumption comparison model between cogeneration system and separate production system is set up subsequently, based on the first law and the second law of thermodynamics, the condition of saving energy for the distributed energy system is researched by analyzing and calculating, and under the variety of different parameter, the primary energy saving is analyzed for the heat-supply period and refrigeration period. And also analyzes and compares the exergy of cogeneration system and separate production system, which can explain the distributed energy system's energy saving characteristic.In the thesis, various collocation principle of distributed energy system is illuminated. Different economy analysis indicators is chosen, and as a research object of certain office block in north China, the principles of electricity determined by heat and heat determined by electricity are adopted separately, under the different principles, system collocation scheme is chosen, the supply-demand capability of every project is analyzed, also with the comparison of investment, cost and income. The optimized model of system economy which is in the basis of electricity determined by heat and heat determined by electricity is established separately in the thesis. The objective function is set up according to the least annual cost, the most annual income, and certain definite optimized arithmetic is adopted to carry through optimized calculation for gas engine scheme and gas turbine scheme. Through optimization, the best capability of gas-burned machine, purchasing electricity from net, cooling and heating complemented by gas burned is confirmed for various quantity collocation. Meanwhile, comparison between optimized scheme and the scheme which is confirmed by experience is carried through, among this, it can be seen that gas engine scheme has advantage for office block distributed energy system.
