CT internal control system locates in the middle of the CT system. It should complete two main works, communication and motion control. It is an important part and the communication center in the CT system. And it is a real-time processing controller. This paper researches the CT internal control system based on embedded technology, including SOPC technology, signal integrity technology, embedded software technology and field bus technology.According to the design requirement of CT internal control system, this paper designed the basic structure of CT internal control system, and separate hardware function and software functions of the controller.Using simulation technology, this paper researched the signal integrity problem of CT internal control system circuit, including impendence matching, EMI, crosstalk, time delay etc, completing the hardware design of CT scan system controller. According to the CT internal control system functions, this paper analysed the structure of Nios softcore, customized the Nios softcore system, then, designed user interface block of Nios softcore, implementing some software functions with FPGA and improving the real time response ability, and finally, complete the FPGA system design.Based on the analysis of CT internal control system functions, it divides software into several blocks and tasks. And specified the task priorities, designed task communication mechanisim and synchronization manners, completed the application software design base on Nucleus embedded system.At last, test the CT scan system controller through three steps. Firstly, it designed the boundary scan test program, and finished the boundary scan test of CT internal control system. Then secondly, offline tested the CT internal control system with test bench. Finally, it verified the design of this paper in a CT system.
