Axial-fan in subway is so important consumptive device in ventilation of subway station and tunnel that being paid more attention to the parameters by people. It has many characters of high volume, high pressure and large power. Now it is depending on testing greatly in designing which need to consume more manpower and material resources. If we use CFD to simulate the fluency of the axial-fans, we will save a lot of money and material.Under the assumptions of steadiness, we simulate the flow field of axial-fan in subway with k-εstandard model and SIMPLE method. Our discussions focus on reverse flow region in suction area, pressure distribution, velocity distribution and vector filed and finding the differences among them to analyze. The calculation results show good agreement with the data taken from experiment especially in rating volume and pressure. It proves that simulation can provide guidance to designing. Furthermore, through the numerical calculation and the analyse of the data, we could conclude how the performance of the axial fan influnced by the factors such as the number of the lamina, rotate speed, jellaba form and the angle of the lamina.Because of the reaserch is in the phase of study, we could not cantect it with praticed project, and in this situation, we could get the qualitive solution. The final conclution would be very valuable for the study some days later.There are some innovations in this paper, such as the building of grid, and the mediation of the under-relaxtion factors. The innovations could reduse the time spending on calculation, and raise the facility of the result. Moreover, posteriyies could keep up this reaserch beyond the experiences.
