A Preliminary Study On Method Of City Industrial Wasteland's Ecological Renovation And Renewal Planning

With the transformation from industrial civilization to ecological civilization of human society , as well as the adjustment of industrial structure in many cities, the problem of industrial wasteland' s ecological renovation and renewal planning is becoming more prominent.With the knowledge of urban ecology, urban geography, urban landscape, and based on the analysis of relevant theory and foreign examples, this research expects to obtain experience of ecological restoration , planning, landscape , management and other aspects ,then provides the method and the direction to Tianjin Binhai New District. The paper points out the objective, principle and step for ecological renovation, and the measures for the main types of industrial wasteland in Tianjin Binhai New District.Finally, taking Tianjin Soda Plant as an example in the paper to investigate the ecological restoration and rehabilitation measures for the Binhai New District from the aspects of value judgment, Update opportunity and planning ideas, expect to find a way for the social and environmental problems which caused by industrial wasteland. thereby the dream of creating a harmonious ecological city can become a reality.
