The Mutual Impact Analysis Of Transportation System And Urban Land Use For Qinghuangdao

This paper studies the internal relationship between urban land use and traffic, reveal their regulation, and grope for how to assort with the relationship between them, in order to deal with transportation problem.Traditional methods for urban transportation put the transport into a subordinate status of land use.Following the change of land use, transport system had to gear with this change, which means the transport is in a passive position.In this paper, the relationship between land use and transport system is taken into study, it puts forward the land use as a restriction which should be considered in the transport planning.This paper is based on Qinhuangdao traffic, and it applies many theories, including traffic engineering, urban planning and land-use research methods, to search a balance between transport planning and land use.We found a breakthrough from the relationship among urban population, land use and traffic patterns. In the section of transport system's influence of land-use, we discuss the urban traffic system's influence of urban spatial pattern and urban land prices; In the section of Land use, we analyse the structure of the urban land and its impact on traffic.
