| Loop closing operation is an effective way to improve the reliability of power supply of system, while shorten the power cut time of the load user. Whereas, it also brings out the hidden trouble of the safety. During the process of real system operation, it always is carried as per the experience of the dispatchers, who are usually holding a conservatives attitude for the guarantee of the safety of the system. Therefore, the designation and development of the calculating and analyzing for the loop closing is of important application value.This paper first of all research and analyze the fundamental theory for the constructing of the model of loop closing, and the model load flower, and the calculation of power flow, and stable current of loop closing, and surge current of closing loop. Which provide theoretic sustain and direction for the designation and development of the systemSecondly, this paper designed and developed the loop closing calculating and analyzing system on the basis of VC++ platform make detail introduction specifically on the entire idea of designation of the system ,the data base and the function of systems ,the practicability of the designate system is well demonstrated.Finally, this paper analyze loop closing by switch 245 for 10kV bus of 110kV receiving substation which is in a certain and show the important result of calculation in the process of loop closing in the form of map. By analyzing the calculation of flow studies and impulse current, the distribution network loop closing system designed and developed in this paper may assist the dispatchers to carry out the analysis and examination to the loop closing and provide directions to current loop closing operation. The analyses of this example show clearly that the function of loop closing of this system is availability.This paper designed and developed the system in order to analyze loop closing. It will assist dispatchers to analyze loop closing and make correct decisions.
