Environmental Effect Analysis Of NO.112 Highway (Tianjin District) During Construction Period

The construction of No.112 highway(Tianjin District) will have a very importantfunction for perfecting inter-regional transportation and promoting economic developmentamong Bohai Sea, Tianjin, Beijing & Hebei Province. This research will investigate, monitoreand analyze the natural environment's quality status of No.112 highway (Tianjin District). Itwill estimate and evaluate effect for surroundings during the period of construction, especiallyfor ecological environment. It will analyze and prove this project from the angle ofenvironmental protection, meantime, it will consider economic and social environment. Fromthe angle of environmental protection, this research will prove the feasibility of this project, soit will provide a good train of thought for designing environmental protection and controllingenvironment.This research will evaluate every side of the target of environmental protection. It will usethe method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. This project will cross 36km intoTianjin Old Sea coast and wet area's state natural reserve. This area has a very rich vegetation,and there is no exact evidence to prove that oyster reef has existed. Nearly, a half of cross wayare bridges, it will avoid to cut off wet area's ecosystem. Most of cross way are belonged tofarmland, but there is about 800m which is belonged to marshland over the Chaobaihe River.Maybe, it should be distributed by several animals and plants, such as birds. So this researchwill give a substituted plan, constructional management and accidents'prevention andemergency measure. These measures will lighten the effect and control the effect within thisproject's route. So on the basis of practicing above measures and not enlarging protectivezone's scope, environmental effect can be controlled when No.112 highway (Tianjin District)cross the protective area.
