Taken protective measurements with plants of windbreak and sand fixation implemented on the Jining-Erlianhaote railroad line as the research object, through the method of combining field survey, test and data analysis, this research study on comprehensive evaluation to the influence to main ecology environmental elements of measuremental configuration for sand prevention and construction of protectional system model under the condition of control railway’s sand disater,occurance mechanism of sand disater and drip irrigation.The following is the main contents and innovation points.Summary the forms of sand damage on the Jining-Erlianhaote railroad line:mainly wind erosion, sand subgrade and roadbed sand accumulation. Analysis the sand accumulation mechanism of the roadbed, cutting, and obtained the sand accumulated hazards in the order of roadbed (36m)> roadbed (>6m)>cutting (3to6m)>cutting (>6m)>cutting (<3m)> roadbed (<3m). The sand accumulated hazards is devided into A very serious sand damage, more serious sand damage, serious sand damage and less serious sand damage.Sand damage comprehensive treatment project for afforestation of forest survival and preservation rate reached a level of excellence. The shelterbelts make a great protective effect and the construction of the protective system is successful.The forest structure is scientific and rational,based on grass and also grass shrub forest combined with narrow-band multi-band structure.,effectively playing a protective role of natural vegetation. Initially formed by the enclosure zone, resisting the sand zone, sand fixation zone and belt structure configuration and the protection effect of "four zone one body" protection forest system. The measured results show that the protection system can weaken the wind speed of80%.The key technology of the railway shelterbelt construction is drip irrigation afforestation techniques.After using this kind of techniques for four years,,the preservation rate of the Scotch Pine is75%,Elm reaching93.10%, Elaeagnus angustifolia reaching80.25%,Caragana intermedia reaching92.2%, The afforestation preservation rate were increased by19.1%and33.2%than the control area.There exist differences on the desert steppe, sand and steppe desert three site types of the tree growth status in Railway Shelterbelt System.. The afforestation save rate of steppe desert is Elm> Caragana intermedia> the Scotch Pine> Elaeagnus angustifolia; The afforestation save rate of sand is Caragana intermedia> Elm> Elaeagnus angustifolia> the Scotch Pine; The afforestation save rate of steppe desert is Elm> Caragana intermedia> Elaeagnus angustifolia>Prunus armeniaca> the Scotch Pine.
