| The global ecological crisis has constantly brought new planning concepts in western countries.Under the national new urbanization background,the concept of green ecological residential district gradually attracts the considerable attention in the whole society.After 37 years,the central city work conference once again indicated the direction for the future development of the residential area in a period of time.The domestic and foreign green ecological residential district research background and the concept evolution are sorted out.Through the research methods of literature study,longitudinal comparative analysis,investigation,the development background and the general situation of the planning and development of the residential areas in Tianjin,the typical residential planning cases and the development of the theory of ecological settlements in the planning of residential areas in Tianjin from the liberation to twenty-first century are analyzed.Then ecological residential district planning in Tianjin in twenty-first Century is mainly studied.The background and development of the residential district planning in Tianjin in 21 century are introduced and Tianjin green ecological residential district practices such as Meijiang Ecological Residential District,Tianjin Sino-Singapore Eco-city,Jiefang South Road Ecological Residential District and Tiantuo Ecological Residential District are described.The common features of the ecological residential district practices are summarized and the special new characteristics of the practices in the near five years are analyzed and concluded.Following this the practice mentality and methods of green ecological residential district in Tianjin are proposed to solve the problems in Tianjin residential district planning and the future development based on the national and Tianjin future relevant policies is put forward. |
