Assessment System And Indexes Of Air Conditioning System In Public Buildings

Sustainable development becomes the common purpose of people all over the world. The research of saving energy building becomes more important and urgent than before. The air conditioning system is very importment part of building energy consumption. It is very importmant to reducing builing energy consumption that air conditioning energy efficiency. The evaluation system of public building air conditioning system energy was established ,was diected effect to air conditioning energy efficiency.This paper first looks back to status of the assessment system of public buildings in China and abroad, and explain the great meaning of studying the public building assessment system now. Then, comparing the different international public building assessment systems, it emphatically introduces the BREEAM of England, the LEED of America,"assessment handbook for ecological residential","evaluation system of green olympics"of China, this paper points out the common ground and the limits of them form edition, weighting system, assess indexes, results and so on. After the analyzing of these assessment systems, it summarizes the assessment system for air conditioning system in public building. Nine public buildings of different types in Guangzhou, Changzha, Beijing and Changchun is chose to apply the air conditioning assessment system, the results are analyzed to point the unreasonable energy consumption, and put forward some improvements.After the assessment system analyzing of the air conditioning system in public building, this paper improves the assessment indexes of the air conditioning system in public building, presents the calculations of some indexes in detail and the limits of the evaluation grade. At last, the new air conditioning assessment system is used to evaluate the public building in the forenamed different cities respectively. At the same time, studying the new evaluation results, this paper also realizes the weakness of the air conditioning assessment system, and brings forward some prospects in order to improve the air conditioning assessment system in public building.
