The worldwide energy crisis intensified, the optimization of energy use hasbecome a major issue facing the human and social development. With human comfortof architecture requirements increase, building energy consumption is also more andmore high, the cost of energy consumption has been attached more and moreimportance. And the people’s awareness of energy-saving promotion and governmentenergy-saving emission reduction and political background, how to promote thebuilding energy efficiency, reduce the unreasonable energy consumption has becomethe relevant construction sector, construction is especially important in publicconstruction users work chest.Through the test and analysis of a typical public building energy efficiency andthe energy consumption of a typical central air-conditioning system in Shenzhenregion, research and expected target efficiency model to establish the central airconditioning system (system level and device level), to obtain optimal energyefficiency of central air conditioning building conditions; at the same time based ononline central air conditioning system energy efficiency model on the existing furtherresearch and improve the model, quality and accuracy, to obtain the actual operatingenergy efficiency of central air conditioning values; analysis of system level anddevice level differences in expected efficiency target and actual operation efficiency,energy efficiency and energy consumption of its diagnosis, discover the existingproblems, and puts forward the measures and suggestions to solve the problemsdeterminations method for improving operation efficiency, or strategy through theanalysis, in the application object enough built library operation mode of publicbuilding central air conditioner.First, the target central air conditioning system, water pumps are not openedstandardized; the impedance of chilled water branch in3#unit is too large; the airconditioner system are working with the low efficiency of unreasonable phenomenon.Secondly, obtain the optimal conditions of existing system under the condition through the analysis of the data. If there is single chiller worked, select3#chiller and1#chilled water pump; if two water chillers worked, select the1#3#chiller and1#4#chilled water pump,2#4#cooling water pump.Thirdly, optimize the scheme of the existing system based on the existingliterature and research on site conditions.
