Light trigonometry is a traditional way for measuring distances. It was used very early to measure distance,angle,position,etc. Having come into being laser has offered the light source of high brightness , monochrome , and directionality for optical measurement. The accuracy and correctness of the trigonometry have been improved and been putted into wider use and practical operation,since the recent employment of the high-resolving power CCD and the development of computer collection and processing.This paper investigates the influence pivotal factors from fundamental reason. Put forward betterment project, and design the DSP system hardware and software, the main work is show below-mentioned:1) The data collection and process circuit based on floating-point DSP TMS320C6713 is researched and manufactured. A kind of regulating circuit of laser for the CCD auto-gain regulation was designed. In the circuit, output signals of CCD are collected, A/D converted, memorized and processed. Design the interface between slow component and high speed component with EDMA. The control and display circuit was also given.2) The software of the data collection and process system was finished. Center of gravity method was used to process the signal in the system.3) The real time data was transferred using USB2.0 chip named CY7C68013 between DSP and PC. The software interface based VC++6.0 was designed to control and display. The software interface was used to display and save signal and data directly; it was also used to control the collection and processing via DSP. The calibration and debug also benefits from the interface.4) Debug the system,and analysis the error。...
