Some model radar is one of the most significant parts of missile. It is used in terminal guidance of the missile. as a result the performance of the radar directly influences the battle effectiveness of the missile. The Integrative testing equipment which basing on VXIbus is the special equipment to assure the performance of radar. Large numbers of Integrative testing equipments is needed during the developed and manufactured of the radar. The special testing bench for the Integrative testing equipments is the key equipment to debug the Integrative testing equipment before using. This dissertation researches on the computer technology, VXIbus technology, virtual instrument technology, FPGA technology and serial communication technology.The overall scheme establishes basing on the detailed analysis to the requirement of the special testing system. The bench contains two parts. one is the Integrative testing equipment associating with radar debug bench. another is Integrative testing equipment electrified bench .The former contains a computer,VXIbus modules, a direct current power case. it can debug all parts of Integrative testing equipments.The later contains a computer,a VXIbus Serial Controller Module, Motherboard and a power case. It can debug all the VXIbus modules of Integrative testing equipments in the circumstance that electrified. The bench software contains the bench software and the flight controller simulator software. It makes use of LabWindows /CVI. The bench software can simulate some radar's Integrative testing bench software and transferal the functions of the Integrative testing bench software. the flight controller simulator software accomplish achieves the role of the flight controller.Currently, the combinatorial debugging and radar-coalesced debugging have been accomplished with this special testing bench. The actual test and experimental results show that the theoretical analysis of this design is correct.
