Rotating ramjet integrate the excellences of turbine engine,diesel and ramjet,its characteristic is that the structure is simple,volume is small,power is high and it can start up in the state of rest slacking and so on,is applied to aircraft and power unit on the ground.The engine's main body structure is an internal combustion rotor,which has no blade and no piston but has an internal revolved stream combustor.This rotor has the functions of compressing air and combusting and doing work by exhausting.Basing on analyzing operating principle of rotating ramjet and the structure of ram-compressed rotor . According to the hypothesis , dynamics simulations and researches are done by using softwares called UG,ANSYS and ADAMS,this paper is mainly accomplish following work∶Ram-compressed rotor is the core component of the rotating ramjet integrate,working on the high temperature and high speed,and bearing multiform vibration caused by the large aerodynamic force and random load.So it is esscetial to analyse its vibration modal concerning the high temperature and high speed.By using sequence coupling method,vibration modal analysis of ram-compressed rotor which works under the high temperature and high speed are simulated in finite element analysis sofeware ANSYS,and considering two species support of rigid and elastic.And with only temperature field existing, the modal frequency decrease with the temperature increasing.However,the wheel disc rigid are enhanced by centrifugal force and natural frequency increase.At the same time,building up the mechanical system virtual prototype of the rotating ramjet with the three dimension modeling software UG and automatic dynamic analysis software of mechanical systems ADAMS ,obtaining the curses which are angular velocity and angular acceleration of ram-compressed rotor change along with time.Research on the reliable data transfer between ADAMS and ANSYS,and considering the flexible deformation of the rotor the rigid-flexible coupling model of the engine are established,and progressed dynamic analysis,so that provides a powerful basis for the improvement of engine structure.The conclusions of this paper are obtained not only provide important reference data for trial-manufacturing and performance assessment of the rotating ramjet physical prototype,but also have reference value for building virtual prototype and dynamic analysis of other complex mechanism,and provide a effective method and experience for the development of new product.
