It is the important item which is paid close attention to by every Oilfield, increasing the systemic efficiency of mechanized adopt oil, reducing the consume of energy of oil pumping unit. The factor influnencing oil pumping unit system efficiency is in many ways, electromotor efficency is one of them.In order to resolve the problem of the present running condition of low power utilization,low efficiency,low power factor of electromotor of oil pumping unit present and small start up torsion,small light load efficiency,low power factor of synchromotor etc. in Shengli oil-field, we adopt high-performance Nd,Fe,B material,anti-magnet to tense key structure magnetic pole and a hot separate set of anti-magnet steel material. By technique improvement and structure innovation we develop a new generation special permanent magnet synchromotor of oil pumping unit to adapt the oil pumping unit work condition and that have obtained higher enegy ability index and start up capability,preveted heat demagnetization and electricity demagnetization of electromotor. According to laboratory test and field test,it is desmonstrated that the electromotor has many useful capabilities,such as higher qulity factors of startup,wider using-areas of pressure,and adapting wide-range load change of oil pumping unit. Comparing with Y-catena electromotor,the using rate of electromotor's power,power factor,electromotor's efficiency is clear superiority. The permanent magnet synchromotor of oil pumping unit can not only low the running fee-for-electricity of oil pumping unit significantly,line loss of oil pumping unit systemic efficiency, but also reduce investment of compensates capacitor. The electromotors have achived good results used in oil pumping unit, and have vast of expansion space.
