Lots of oil-pumping units are needed by the oil field, but now, oil-pumping units are mainly traditional. New style oil-pumping unit is good in working capability and energy saving. According to the development of the oil-pumping unit, we developed a new structure permanent magnet tray motor that directly drived, which is used for oil-pumping unit.As part of the project, this paper research the driving and control part of the system, and design the control system. the details are as follows:1. Study the driving system of the oil-pumping unit, and design some new solution of the oil-pumping unit, and compare them.2. Study the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and its control system, including vector control and direct torque control. , And analyze the use of DSP and some power devices in motor control systems.3. Decide the driving part of the whole system. The permanent magnet synchronous tray motor that directly drived is used by our system, and the efficiency of the whole system is enhanced significantly. After the design of the driving part of the system, we designed the control system, including the hardware and software. The vector control algorithm is used.4. At the end, we gave out the waves that measured at the different running states of the system, to prove that the design of our oil-pumping system is workable.
