A Study On The Design Of Homestay Renovation In The General Mountain Scenic Area Of Matao In Jinan From The Perspective Of Regional Culture

One of the important ways to promote the construction of the Great Wall National Cultural Park is to build a rural tourism homestay space,improve the current situation of the homestay problem in the scenic spot,create the regional cultural characteristics of the homestay,and improve the overall style of the tourist attraction.As an important component space of rural tourist attraction,tourism homestay is an important carrier for the development and inheritance of regional culture.Under the social background of promoting the construction of the Yellow River and Great Wall National Cultural Parks,the article aims to understand the current development status of rural tourism homestays through comparative analysis of relevant research and typical cases at home and abroad,summarize the design strategies of relevant cases,master the relevant theoretical knowledge of the research,and provide a foundation for subsequent design research.Through detailed on-site research and online exploration,analysis was conducted from the aspects of geographical location,terrain and transportation,historical evolution,and environmental composition to summarize the problems of outdated homestay environment,lack of spatial planning,and gradual loss of traditional residential characteristics in the scenic area.By using interviews and surveys,understand the opinions of different audiences on the current situation of homestays in scenic areas,and collect the practical needs of different groups.Introducing regional culture into the design of homestay spaces,based on the concept of regional culture,the renovation design of rural tourism homestays proposes design principles with regional culture as the core,local culture as the soul,intangible cultural heritage experience as the characteristic,and people-oriented,as well as design strategies for updating residential courtyards,transforming traditional buildings,and creating indoor spaces.The research aims to improve the space environment of homestay in scenic spots,inherit regional cultural characteristics,drive the industrial development of rural tourist attraction,create a rural tourism homestay brand at the foot of the Great Wall of "hospitable people,Great Wall people",promote the construction of the Great Wall National Cultural Park,and reflect the geographical characteristics and Shandong cultural connotation through the transformation and design of the rural tourism homestay space.
