Study On The Suitable Countryside Dwelling Building In The Plain Area Of Jilin Province

Jilin Province is at the severely cold region, and the geography and climatic conditions have decided local countryside housing have many particular aspects. Along with current economic condition and so on developing, the aspects, usable area, function district, indoor environment of local countryside housing had the distinct improvement. But it still had the winter indoor temperature to be low, the humidity is big, the building enclosure heat preservation performance is bad, the spatial division unreasonable and so on some needs to solve question because the farmer constructs housing is the spontaneous behavior and many aspects lack the theory as the instruction. This article solves these problems from three aspects: obtaining indoor environment's analysis, the structure measure's improvement, the housing space designing.In the indoor environment analysis aspect, this article according to the material use the change, induces the local countryside housing four types, and summarizes various types housing characteristic. Each type example are selected to test their temperature and humidity, and through to analyzing the test result, the bad reason of indoor physical environment discovered.In the structure improvement aspect, this article full considers local material and structural types' use and the energy conservation design's basic principle, and discovers the unreasonable structure measure to improve them. The next is that calculating the energy of different construction using the software in confirmation of the effect of structure improvement.By analyzing the village, the courtyard, the house plane present situation and taking the basic engineering factor as the guidance, the suitable local housing design principle is refined. Using these instructions, two design examples are given to be the reference of the practical application.
