A Study Of Planning And Design Of Residential Area In Southern Countryside Of Jiangsu Province

This thesis is a study of the planning and design of residential area in southern countryside of Jiangsu Province.The structure of presenting, analyzing and resolving problems is used in the thesis. With viewing the history of the countryside development and analysing of characteristics the thesis puts forward the existing problems in construction of the village residential area at first. Then the thesis analyzes the background of urbanization and explains the development of spaces of urban and rural system, emphasizes that the planning and design of village residents must be done in the whole urban and rural system.From the point of more projects at the same time, the thesis concluded series of the key elements that affect the development of the village residential area, investigated and analysed the requirements of the village residents. Based on this, the thesis pointed out that they not only influence the macro aspects, such as orientation, address choosing, scale and residents of the residential area, but also have effects on micro aspects like living evrionment and function development of the house.How to make construction of residential area adapting to the present development of the urban and rural system and how to creat space environment and houses adapting for living? Based on these orders, the thesis discussed several principles of the planning and design of the village residential area. In the level of operating, the thesis analysed some items such as master planning of village residential area, system of exterior space, transportation organization, systemof environmental ecology, public service facilities, the residence design...etc, to serve in the construction development of residential area in southern countryside of Jiangsu Province.And the thesis make a research of the mechanism of construction and management. At last, the thesis carried outlook of development of the residential area in southern countryside of Jiangsu Province.The whole thesis is about 61,000words with 88 pictures and diagrams.
