The Research On Designing Of The New Countryside Residece In Korean Minority Nationality Of Jilin Province

In recent years, with being put forward the construction of new countryside area, the new countryside residential construction is valued by more and more people. New countryside residential construction is becoming an important content of the12th five-year plan. The long-term development goal of the12th five-year plan is an element of improving farmers’living conditions. New countryside residential construction in Korean minority nationality area of Jilin Province become a bright spot in the construction of new countryside area due to their nation’s special customs, distinctive characteristics of the residence.For this kind of new countryside residential with strong national nature, in the same type of study abroad, the earlier and the more successful one is " New Village Movement" in Korea in the1960s. Since there are the same blood between Korean minority nationality and Korean minority nationality ethnic minority group in China, it can use for reference for the new countryside residential construction in Korean minority nationality area of Jilin Province. In China, the new countryside residential construction research is gradually increasing. But the systematic research on the Korean minority nationality region is not enough, and because of lacking systematic theoretical research and key technical support, a series of problems burst out rural, such as lack of local geographical features being away from zoology advantage, the same style building. It is this coexisting pattern of current situation of development opportunity and realistic problem that present the topic of new countryside residential emerges. Therefore, the research has important value of theoretical innovation and practical significance.In the process of socialistic new countryside planning and construction, new countryside residential construction in Korean minority nationality area of Jilin Province also made some achievements. The representative one is located the Red Flag Korean minority nationality folk village in Wanbao Town of Antu County in Yanbian Korean minority nationality Autonomous Prefecture and Orchard village in Ma Lugou Town of Changbai Korean minority nationality Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province. Although there are some fruits of the new countryside residential construction in some villages and towns, but the experience is still inadequate and the demonstrative effect is still not obvious.Through the analysis of existing rural residential buildings in Korean minority nationality area of Jilin Province, this article summarizes its characteristics and the existing problems. Based on a highly responsible attitude for the history and future, full understanding the historical and cultural value of traditional residential architecture resources, holding to the principles of combining protection with utilization, respecting the local traditional architecture style and habits, inheriting distinctive local building style and regional culture, and in accordance with the concept of sustainable development and economic capacity, this article presents the creative ideas for new countryside residential design in Korean minority nationality area of Jilin province, does the innovative designing of the new countryside residential construction in Jilin Province on the basis of traditional region culture and architectural features, thus providing the implementation of technical support and achieving the sustainable development of new countryside construction.
