With the "Steel and iron Industry Development Policy" appearing and the implementation,the large-scale integrated iron and steel works creation has become the leading direction of the steel and iron industry development.Under the national condition of government macro control and many people with little land,developing the the large-scale modernized blast furnace iron-smelting area become inevitable,so how are our country's general layout designer supposed to do? How can complete the general layout of the large-scale modernized iron-smelting area is the object this article studies.This article divided into four chapters as a whole:From the three elements of proof in this paper by the views of the key,first chapter has studied the background of developing the large-scale modernized blast furnace iron-smelting area;Second chapter has studied the technical process and the theory knowledge the blast furnace iron-smelting and general layout basis of it needs to grasp.The general layout designer should understand and be aware of the professional knowledge of the related system in sectors,and then make plans combineding with the professional knowledge themselves;Third chapter has introduced and compared the general layout pattern of the domestic and foreign well-known large-scale iron and steel enterprise's blast furnace iron-smelting workshop.Through mutual comparison between the respective to clear the scale of application,to excavate the strengths and weaknesses,the same department and the different points at the same time among the various types.So the designer can integrate their work conditions to choose the right type clearly and continue the layout work;Fourth chapter has taken the general layout of 4350m~3 blast furnace iron-smelting area as the object,and unified the nature of and the quota,and elected the general layout between two kind of plans with the aid of the analytical hierachic process,and studied the factor and the analysis skill and the method of general layout the changing and expanding region needed to consider carefully,and derived and summarized general process of the large-scale modernized iron-smelting area from it.Therefore,the fourth chapter is the main body and the research core of the whole text.On this,in view of the fact that the limit of author's school record and the experience,please readers and colleague friends point out where to correct.
