Design And Research On Protective Utilization Of No.1 Blast Furnace Area In No.1 Iron Works Of Benxi Iron And Steel Co.

The protection and utilization of industrial heritage has received the attention and identification of the society and has become a symbol of a city.Currently,researches are scarce for the protection and use of the most valuable industrial heritage.The industrial heritage of cultural relic is different from ordinary cultural relics protection units such as ancestral halls,temples,and modern office and education buildings.Although they belong to cultural relics protection units,there are four differences.First of all,the main function of industrial heritage is production function.Its volume,space environment and service objects are different from those of civil buildings.Secondly,most of the existing industrial heritages are of poor quality.Some have been abandoned for many years.Moreover,Most of the existing industrial relics have been located in and around the urban center.The original production needs a large number of workers,and it resulted in that there are a large number of residential living areas around it and the extremely facilities is backward..Finally,the protection requirements for heritage building are much higher than for ordinary industrial heritage,which imposes more restrictions on their use,and makes the protection and utilization a new contradiction.Therefore,through the research on the protective utilization of No.1 Blast Furnace Protection Area of Benxi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,this paper puts forward effective design strategies,and it also puts forward protective utilization ideas from the aspects of function,space,structure and facilities not only to meet the basic requirements of relevant laws and regulations for the protection principle of cultural relics,but also promote urban development,serves community life,and explore a new idea of protection and utilization of industrial heritage of cultural relics.This thesis takes the No.1 Blast Furnace Area of Benxi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and attempts to discuss the protection and utilization of industrial heritage from the perspective of cultural relics protection.The thesis is devided into six chapters:The first chapter is an introduction,explaining the urgency and necessity of the research,and emphasizing the importance of industrial heritage protection from two aspects:the industrial revitalization of Northeast China and Liaoning industrial development.Secondly,it summarizes the current research situation and deficiencies of industrial heritage at home and abroad,especially cultural relic industrial heritage;puts forward the research contents and innovation points,and determines the research methods according to the nature of research topics.The second chapter is the historical evolution.It sorts out the development history of Benxi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.and No.1 Blast Furnacee;it also refines its the core of value:industrial culture,and provides historical basis for the next protective utilization design.The third chapter investigates and analyzes the current situation of No.1 Blast Furnace Area,and elaborates on the surrounding environment,site status,building quality,equipment conditions,etc.,especially testing the materials,structure and foundation of cultural relic buildings to determine their safety and provides an operable basis for protective utilization.In the fourth chapter,it combines the requirements of heritage protection,the principles and orientation of conservation utilization of industrial heritage of cultural relics are put forward.In the fifth chapter,The protective utilization design strategy of No.1 blast furnace area is discussed,and the design scheme of Benxi Iron and Steel Industry Culture Research Center is put forward.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,summarizing the core content of this thesis,pointing out the deficiencies of the research and putting forward the prospect.
