Study On General Layout Planning And Design Of Industrial Sites Of Coal Enterprises

Coal has long been the main source of primary energy in China,and its mining and processing are important pillars of the national economy.In the current normal economic development,coal enterprises also based on their own to accelerate development,improve enterprise efficiency,create a comfortable and efficient working environment,and strive to show a modern enterprise image.Scientific and reasonable general layout planning and design of coal mine industrial enterprises can not only make the internal process of the site smooth,transport routes reasonable,life and production complement each other,but also better show the corporate image.This thesis mainly studies the coal enterprise industrial site layout stage,in general arrangements for coal enterprise industrial site general layout planning framework for the basic methods and systems,from the global situation and characteristics of coal industry,introduces the development of China's coal enterprises,puts forward industrial site general layout planning of the importance of development and construction in coal enterprise.The research status,achievements and applications of general layout planning of industrial sites at home and abroad are expounded.This paper studies the basic theory of the general layout planning of coal enterprises,introduces the tasks,contents,characteristics,principles and requirements of the general layout planning and design of coal enterprises,puts forward the main factors affecting the general layout planning and design of coal enterprises,and discusses the related factors.Paper introduced the main method of industrial site general plan arrangement,SLP(Systematic Layout Planning)method is introduced,and combined with engineering examples,detailed research based on SLP method of coal enterprises industrial site general layout planning method,based on the characteristics of coal enterprise production,the basic method to adjust the five elements in SLP,regardless of the P(product),T(time)factors,increase the F(functional partition)factors.Based on the concept of functional zoning of industrial sites of coal enterprises,the industrial site operation units are divided into three systems,and the analysis of the inter-operation relationship among the related site operation units is carried out in each system,which simplifies the analysis content of the correlation analysis among the operation units,so as to make the layout design of industrial sites more simple and accurate.By applying the adjusted SLP method,three feasible schemes are put forward for the layout planning of a coal mine industrial site in northern shaanxi.The analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used for quantitative analysis and evaluation.An evaluation index system of the general layout planning and design scheme of the industrial site of coal enterprises is established to select the reasonable optimal scheme and verify the practicability of the evaluation index.
