Wind load is one of the main dynamic load in the building. With the development of science and technology, high-rise building continue to increase the height. The wind load is becoming increasingly important, particularly for wind-sensitive high-rise building of complex structures, wind load effects caused by the total load effect in a large proportion, or even play a decisive role. Reasonable structural wind-resistant design is important factors to ensure the structural safety. Especially for super-high building, because of their calculation of the structural design has exceeded the "Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building" JGJ 3-2000 requirements. Therefore, specialized in the design should be carried out.First of all, the basic characters of wind are described and discussed in this paper. Followed by a detailed description of the basic principles of fluctuating wind loads in the structure. Including the characteristics of fluctuating wind, the along-wind and across-wind of the wind-induced response in the structure, and the calculation method of the structural acceleration in high-rise building. And then introduced the development and the application of the finite element, and expounded the finite element software SAP2000.One paranormal height of reinforced concrete shear-wall structure in Wuhan World trade Splendid Yangtze was analyzed in this paper. According to Chinese design code about load and the principle of the wind-induced response analysis, using the structure analysis software SAP2000 to establish the structure of finite element analysis model, to analysis the structure of dynamic characteristics as well as the response of the structure under the designed wind load, also analysis the wind-induced response based on random vibration theory. Along wind-induced, across wind-induced, torsion wind-induced were calculated in different wind loud. The results show that in the design wind pressure along wind-induced force is greater than across wind-induced, torsion wind-induced force is 10516.78 kN·m, this can not be neglect. Structure design must consider the effect of across wind-induced and torsion wind-induced, and take the corresponding protective measure. This article also refer to the limits of human comfort standards. Based on the human comfort calculating model of Technical Specification for Steel Structure of Tall Buildings in China, the maximum acceleration response of the along-wind, across-wind were calculated. According to some criteria for human comfortableness, the tall building's human comfortableness was checked.
