With the development of electric power and electron technology extensive use, The Kind and quantity of Nonlinearity high-power disturbance nature load increase in the electric system. A lot of Nonlinearity load's Impingement and Unbalance lead to the increasing of consumption of reactive power of electric network and lead to the undee aberrance. Large amount of reactive power transferring in electric network make the reducing of Utilization ratio of electric energy greatly and affect the quality of supplying electricity greatly. The harmonic what the undee aberrance lead to bring great damage. If not giving control it is able to affect the safety and economical work of electric network. So fixing the reactive power compensation device is the essential method of satisfying the power of reactive of electric network and saving electrical power.Now electrical system's measures of reactive power compensation have some problems too. It is :Reactive power compensation device have low dependability,optimization,economy. Adopt conventional casting and exscinding device to cast and exscinde capacitance is unscientific. In the time of light load it can appear of repeat of casting and exscinding, It can cut the using life of devices;In the time of casting and exscinding capacitance not considering the balance of using time of every capacitance;It appear of high harmonic in the electrical system, power factor control device will occur of foul-up. The system will lose controlAim at the problem of electrical system and the limitation of common power reactive compensation device, Author comprehensively study and research the actual work situation of electrical system. Aim at resolving the above problem I make the deep research. .This paper introduce the actuality and development of power reactive compensation using home and abroad. On the base of the theory of power reactive, I analyze and research a new type of intelligent power reactive compensation device that make TMS320LF2407 chip core . This power reactive compensation device's design aim at low power factor and not satisfying the request of the power supplying sectionof big and medium corporation .It have the function of restraining harmonic, can prevent capacitance blast for the over voltage and over current and the breaking up of the quality of electrical power for the irrationality of the casting and exscinding capacitance .In the hard ware,This device adopt DSP chip to measure the system voltage, work current, capacitance current ,power factor, power reactive, and adopt imported thyristor to control the capacitance team , Realizing digital control,LCD show and have the connecting network and communication function In the software I use the C language to program, follow the principle of modularization ,enhance the currency of system ,make the maintenance and upgrade easily. This device make the experiment in the electrical factory.,Experimental result indicate this device can measure the casting and exscinding control exactly, restrain the harmonic dynamicly, track the change of load timely, The casting and exscinding of capacitance is exact and rapid. High dependability The manipulation is convenience. The response speed is rapid. It satisfy the request of Real-time control completely. It prove that the project is Feasible.
