Silo is a special structure used to stores all kinds of disperse materials, commonly used for the industrial production as attached facility, round silo is an important construction in industry (cement, feed, fertilizer) production. In the industrial production as a result of the production technological requirement, formerly is divided into the different diameter either the different form silo arrangement in group of groups warehouses or two groups of warehouses, such silo arrangement need much area and construction cost also high, it is also disadvantageous to the silo design, the construction and the management and so on. In recent years many middle and small scale cement plants started to use the masonry round silo with partition board, reduced the type of silo's diameter, the multipurpose warehouse has overcome above disadvantage factors. At present, the silo with partition board does not have an integrity design standard, therefore was making the silo design unreliable basis as to cause the silo structure unreliable safe guarantee. After the round silo establishment partition board, the partition board solidified to the tube wall, its stress has had the radical change, the degree times of indeterminacy becomes to six by original three. Therefore, this article proposed the load computation and the computational method of warehouse wall internal force, the formula and the structure measure of masonry round silo structure with the"—"partition board for design reference. This article supposes a project for example, has established a three dimensional silo model, used finite element numerical analysis software ANSYS to simulation concrete silo under two adverse circumstances situation.1. Using ANSYS to computation the silo model under static load pressure. Through the distortion and the stress distribution map analysis which may see, from the maximum stress appears in the bottom 1/8 to 2/5 high, and in the framework of the central beam silo layout should be appropriately encrypted.2. Thermal simulation modules with entities as a result of the temperature difference between inside and outside silo structure. By temperature - coupled structure analysis know: at the bottom of the silo connected with the foundation, thermal deformation can not be bound by the freedom of hearings, clapboard on the increase in the silo under the deformation temperature played a role in shackles, in a temperature stress in the structure. Durability silo from the point of view of this deformation and thermal stress caused by the harm can not be overlooked.
