The silo is the special structure used to stores up each kind of disperse materials, commonly used for the industrial architecture production attached facility, round silo is an important construction in industry (cement, feed, fertilizer) production. In the industrial production as a result of the production technological requirement, formerly is divided into the different diameter either the different form silo arrangement in group of groups warehouses or two groups of warehouses, such silo arrangement much area plane, construction cost also high, it is also disadvantageous to the silo design, the construction and the management and so on. In recent years many middle and small scale cement plants started to use the steel Concrete round silo with partition board, reduced the type of silo diameter, a warehouse multipurpose, has overcome the above disadvantage factors. At present, the silo with partition board does not have a integrity design standard, therefore was making the silo design unreliable basis as to cause the silo structure unreliable safe guarantee. After the round silo establishment partition board, the partition board solidified to the tube wall, its stress has had the radical change, the degree times of indeterminacy becomes to six by original three. Therefore, this article proposed the load computation and the computational method of warehouse wall internal force, the formula and the structure measure of steel Concrete round silo structure with the"—"partition board for design reference. This article supposes a project for example, has established a three dimensional silo model, used finite element numerical analysis software ANSYS to simulation concrete silo under three kind of adverse circumstances situation.1. The three kind of models reflections of concrete silo under earthquake, this article compare two kind of situations the spatial silo under earthquake reflection which is have partition board and the another is no partition board, finally had proved the partition board played the very major function to the over all construction rigidity and the stability, simulated a standard full warehouse standard spatial warehouse using fluid unit FLUID80 to situation, through input the EI-Centro earthquake wave, regarding this the model carried on the time Displacement analysis. The result had proved disperse material have the function to reduces inspires when silo under earthquake. Finally, carries on the solution using the Method of base shearing force and decomposition the spectrum of vibration model, through the result contrast, summarized its respective of Merit and Shortcoming and the practical condition.2. Carries on the static wind load used ANSYS to computation the three kind of silo models. Through the distortion, the stress distribution map analysis which obtains may see, the silo with the partition board to be more advantageous to resistant wind load, and the partition board should established in the leading wind direction position.3. Has simulated the temperature change with the hot entity unit which causes as a result of the seasonal variation to the silo structure influence. Through the temperature—structure coupling analysis we can see: At the Junction of silo base and foundation, because the thermal deformation receives the support restraint not to be able freely to carry on, the partition board increase to the entire silo under temperature function distortion fetter function, has had the temperature stress in the structure. Consideration from the silo durable, the harm of this kind of distortion and the temperature stress cannot be neglected.
