The survival and development of mankind cannot be separated from energy, and the rapid development of society consumes a lot of energy.Countries in the world generally pay attention to energy issues;while building energy consumption accounts for about one third of energy consumption, building energy conservation is highly valued.China's requirements for building energy conservation are increasing. The traditional enclosure structure is difficult to meet. There is an urgent need for efficient and safe thermal insulation wall materials. The inner partition board of this article uses foamed cement as the core material and polymer mortar and alkali-resistant mesh cloth as the reinforced surface layer. The three-dimensional confinement foaming process and chemical foaming are used. The three-dimensional confinement foaming process and self-insulation curing were studied. The constrained foaming pressure was measured with a membrane pressure sensor and a data acquisition system, and the temperature was about 22.5 KPa.The temperature of the foamed cement was measured within 30 h after entering the mold with a temperature and humidity recorder.Changes in temperature, the temperature remained within the original water temperature above 20 h.In this paper, the effects of various raw materials on the performance of foamed cement internal wallboards were studied. The effects of catalyst content, blowing agent content and foaming temperature on dry density and compressive strength were studied by orthogonal tests. The results showed that: The amount of foaming agent had the greatest influence, the degree of influence of catalyst content was the second, and the foaming temperature had the least influence. The influence of hydrophobic agent and curing system on the drying shrinkage of foamed cement was studied. The results showed that the content of hydrophobic agent had little effect on the drying shrinkage;confinement foaming was beneficial to the reduction of drying shrinkage;the curing mode had certain influence on the drying shrinkage.,Steam curing at 60 °C 24 h drying shrinkage minimum. The pore structure of constrained and unconstrained foamed specimens was analyzed with ipp software. The analysis showed that compared with the unconstrained foamed specimens of the same density class, the three-dimensional confinement foamed specimens had narrower pore size distribution and smaller average pore size. The pore structure of the foamed cement core of aerated concrete and inner partition board is analyzed by CT.The result shows that the ratio of closed hole in the inner pore of the inner wall foamed cement core is far greater than the proportion of the closed hole of the aerated concrete.A comparative study on the mechanical, acoustic and thermal performances of the inner wall panel and the aerated concrete has been carried out.The results show that the maximum force displacement value of the wallboard of the 800 density class is 0.78 mm,and the sound insulation represented by the octave band is 53 dB,with a thermal conductivity of 0.1762 W/mk,is better than aerated concrete of the same density class.
