Gear transmission is a very important form of mechanical transmission, it is also one of the most widely used form. The quality of gears and the set of gears would directly affect the quality, the life-span and the capability of the mechanical production. In a certain extent, the technique of gears is a sign of the level of mechanical engineering technology, it is also considered as the symbol of industrialization.The gear reducer with oscillating multi-axis is one of the transmutation of few teeth difference planetary transmission, use the gear space, we canceled the center crank of the few teeth difference planetary transmission, used the crank replaced the multi-linear shafts of the output mechanism; we used multi-crankshaft replace the one crankshaft as the dynamic mechanism, joined the two mechanism to be one mechanism, solved the problem of big power pressure on the output mechanism, and also solved the big power pressure of the axletrees, the output moment would be highly enhanced, the volume and the cost would also be minished. We analyse the capability of the gear reducer with oscillating multi-axis would enhance the working capability and the design level of the gear reducer with oscillating multi-axis, fully exert the advantage of the mechanism. This work have a very important theory and application meaning. Based on this aim, this paper have analysed the capability of the mechanism. The important contents are as follows:1.According to the principle of the movement analyses, calculated the transmission ratio of the mechanism. Transmission ratio is one of the most important parameter of the mechanism, it is also a very important parameter in the process of design. This paper on the basement of analysing the mechanism characteristic, used different ways to caculated the transmission ratio of the first and second rank gears, and then educed the mechanism transmission ratio.2. According to the principle of mechanics analysis, we analysed the transmission parts of the mechanism. The gear transmission parts are the most important parts of the reducer. At the design processing, we focused a lot on the power pressure. Through the mechanics analysis, we have a principle to according as, also prepared for the next checkout of the gears intension.3. The paper has done the job of checkout of the gears intension. The gear transmission of the reducer is a key transmission, the gear teeth are the weakness point, the main invalidations of the gear are the point erode, abrasion and break off. According the real situation, the paper has checked the gears intension.4. The paper calculated the efficiency of the reducer, the mechanical efficiency is a very important guideline of the mechanism, according to the principle of the gear teeth in mesh, use the way of mesh power to calculate the efficiency of the reducer.5. Use the software of PRO/ENGINEER and ANSYS done the finite element analysis of the transmission parts of the reducer. Use PRO/ENGINEER make the solid model of in-gear and out-gear, and then moved it into ANSYS to do the statics analysis of the out-gear and in-gear, and do the modal analysis of the in-gear. |
