Planetary gear transmission compared with ordinary gear drive, it has the advantage of light quality, small size, large transmission ratio, the bearing capacity is strong and stable transmission high transmission efficiency, etc. These have been in China more and more researchers understand and attention. Though the planetary gear transmission scheme is more, its design is more complex, but the planetary gear transmission not only can be used in high speed, high power and can be used for low speed high torque mechanical transmission device, so the planetary gear transmission obtained day by day the widespread application in many departments.In this paper, according to the requirements of the company to design a planetary gear transmission, the transmission is used in the mixer reducer gear. Divided into the following four parts to complete the design.The determination of first transmission scheme, parameter design and design of component size. Transmission ratio according to the design requirements of the company, and finally the transmission scheme is determined. Through the transmission scheme and the theoretical calculation to complete its parameters design and design of component size.Second precise parameterized modeling, assembly simulation and interference inspection, determine the reliability of the design. According to the parameters specified in the first part, the use of PRO/E of planetary gear transmission parts parameterized modeling, after finish the modeling of virtual assembly. Determine the position of the contact stress occurred, institutions for the future improvement and optimization to provide the reference.Finally, the finite element static analysis of boxes of planetary gear transmission. Due to the whole body of transmission have the function of the support and protection, and smooth running of the whole planet gear transmission system and parts installed correctly has an important role, at the same time, due to its complicated structure of artificial calculation error is bigger, so using ANSYS static analysis to the whole body, to ensure the strength and stiffness meet the requirements.
