In recent years,the offshore oil exploration technology has developed rapidly,and the demand for offshore drilling platforms is more and more.However,the domestic offshore drilling platform started late in the field of offshore drilling platform,which is far from the developed countries,and the important components needed by the domestic platform still need to rely on the import;although China has a rich manufacturing base,it can't compare with developed countries in terms of design and innovation.Therefore,studying this aspect is of great significance to the development of China's offshore platform.This paper mainly takes offshore platform lifting transmission device as the research object,and launches the following work around the decelerator and the climbing pinion-and-rack device.(1)According to the working characteristics and the use environment of the offshore platform,the form and scheme of the reducer have been determined,the detailed parameters of the reducer have been calculated,and the design of the reducer has been completed;(2)By using Romax Designer,Creo and finite element software,the models of gear and assemble of reducer have been established.Then,the checking of carrying capacity of gears,fatigue prediction of bearing and strength of shafts have been completed;(3)By using finite element software,analysis of statics,working mode and free mode of reducer box based on the finite element method has been carried out,maximum stress,natural frequency and amplitude of box have been obtained;the static analysis of the climbing gear rack has been carried out,equivalent stress and equivalent deformation of gear and rack,tooth root bending stress and tooth face contact stress have been obtained,stress changes of different rack width have been analyzed,law of stress change has been found out,and rack width has been optimized.
