The Research Of Shijiazhuang Livable City Building

With the development of mankind and the accelerated process of urbanization, population growth, environmental pollution, shortage of resources, traffic jams, housing shortage, such as loss of a city's character has become increasingly prominent issue, we will be faced with the economy, society, resources and environment, and many other aspects of pressure. Building livable city and improving people's living environment, constructing reasonable urban ecological system, and sustainable urban development, those idea of urban development provide a reasonable model for solution of urban issues, therefore, the experts and scholars are increasingly becoming concern about the theoretical research for "livable city "scientific system, and building "livable city" has become city government and residents close the focus of attention.While this background, first, based on a lot of literature research and typical examples of the building livable cities at home and abroad, analyses the concept of livable city connotation, research progress, as well as theories. At the same time, according to Shijiazhuang city construction and development of the current status quo, establishes a comprehensive and accurate, flexible and objective, qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the scientific system.Second, in the process of Shijiazhuang livable city research uses vertical and horizontal contrast research methods. By the contrast between cities, evaluates Shijiazhuang livable city building conditions, finds out five leading factors in livable city building, including economic strength, the ecological environment, infrastructure construction, culture and social security, and clarifies the main issues in the course of Shijiazhuang livable city construction; Analyzing livable city yearly changes, reflects Shijiazhuang livable city constructing condition's dynamic process, and divides into four phases: Before 2000, slow growth stage; in 2000, accelerated growth stage; 2002 to 2003, fluctuation growth stage; after 2003, the high-speed growth stage.Finally, according to the analysis result, comes to the following conclusions: economic strength is the most important constraints, the ecological environment is one of difficulties in the construction of livable city, the cultural and educational level of Shijiazhuang relatively backwards, infrastructure is not perfect enough and social security cause to be further developed, and proposes that the Shijiazhuang urban development concrete optimization measure and the construction way. That is giving prominence to the rapid economic development, focusing on improving the ecological environment of cities, speeding up the construction of urban infrastructure facilities, cultivating city with culture and promoting the improvement of the social security system.In this paper, there are two main innovations:The one is system innovation. In this paper, the index system is more objective and more flexible, particularly uses the coordinates cities. By the contrast between cities, reflects the city's characteristics and advantages, and found problems.The other is method innovation. This paper uses BP network analysis method, breaking the previous evaluation model, resolving problems in traditional research, and evaluating the quality of the city livable objectively, so proposes suggestions for China's livable cities theory further deepened and livable city theoretical research.
