As the circumstance of energy sources and entironment protected is very austere, the exploration of electric vehicle is very important. For the disadvantage of traditional vehicle, electric vehicle has been thought to be the top of 21th century high-tech which would brought more changes to human life for its pollution-free, zero emissions, high efficiency. The vehicle controller is a important part of Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle control system. It directly impact on the safety and drive performance of the vehicle. The vehicle control system is developed with the development of electronic technique and intelligent control theory. Recently, embedded system become more popular and bring us a new solution. The non-operating control system couldn't meet the high reliability and high real-time requirements. There is great realistic significance to develop vehicle controller with high-performance microprocessors Infineon XC164CS and introduction of embedded operating systemμC/OS-II.In this paper, the present situation and developing trend of vehicle control system is researched. And a intelligent vehicle control technique is researched. And a intelligent vehicle control with real-time operating system is introduced. The kernel structure ofμC/OS-II is studied. And theμC/OS-II is successfully transplant into the XC164CS microcontroller. Based on these, the drive control software and power management software is designed.After analysis of the vehicle control technique, a fuel cell electric vehicle control system is developed successfully. And fuzzy logic control method is introduced in the control strategy. Based on real-time kernelμC/OS-II, the software is modular, the reliability and software portability is improved.
