Study On Water Resources Reasonable Disposition Of Zhuozhang River In Shanxi Province

In order to meet the water resources demands in the proccess of the economic and social development in Shanxi province, and ensure sustainable development of economic society by reasonable disposition of water resources, this paper proposes planning and reasonable disposition programs of the water resources for the each area in the ZhuoZhang river.The water resources of the Zhang River on the upstream decreases seriously, but water demand of socio-economic development in the basin increases quickly, this causes the contradiction of water supply and demand prominent day by day and brings new challenges to the carrying capacity of water resources and water environment. With the increasing number of the people and resources exploitation in the basin, ecological environmental carrying capacity gradually declines, and the situation of ecological environment is very grim. Therefore, the rational exploitation and utilization of water resources in the Zhuozhang River Basin is imperative , which can enhance the water resource carrying capacity of Zhuozhang River Basin and the capacity for sustainable development.On the basis of the full collection of the basin status, this paper calculates the water resources total quantity and available quantity of Zhuozhang River Basin by making use of the water resources planning evaluation results in Changzhi and Jinzhong cities, furthermore, research the water resources carrying capacity and the water resources disposition which is emphasized especially. Main contents:(1) Water resources investigation appraisal, including: Basin survey,Water resources total quantity,water resources available quantity and so on.(2)The investigation of Water Resources Exploitation and Utilization, including: The investigation statistics of present situation of water supply; investigation of waste sewage withdrawal; analysis of Water resources exploitation and utilization degree and so on.(3)The prediction of the water supply and demand, including: the water needs of the life, the agriculture, the industry, the architecture industry, the tertiary industry, the ecology , the prediction of the water supply as well as the exploitation potential of the new water source.(4) Based on the concept of the carrying capacity of water resources, the carrying capacity of water resources is estimated by a simple and effective model in the Zhuozhang River Basin, including population carrying capacity and economic carrying capacity.(5) Based on the analysis of water resource supply and demand status, along with the combination and analysis of several possible measures which include a variety of reasonable suppressing demand and the increase of effective supply as well as ecological environment protection, this paper puts forward eight water resources program and establish water resources comprehensive evaluation model which is solved by using GA-BP algorithm, and the recommended program according with reasonable disposition of water resources is proposed.The conclusions of this paper only are referenced as a study of the planning and disposition on water resources, because it may be not full consistent with the the results of water resources planning. Thanks to the limit of the level and time, problems and shortage may exist inevitably, so criticism and correction is needed.
