Water Resources Research Of Continuable Development In JiNing

The rapid development of social economy and the intense and ever-changing human activities are changing the natural surfaces of the areas human beings living, and thus have altered the inherent terrestrial and hydrologic conditions in these areas, making their hydrologic system and the balance suffering from unprecedented impacts, which in turn hold back the development of society and economy.With the fast-growing economy and exploitation of natural resources, the city of Jining is undergoing fast development of urbanization. Consequently, the water resources within the city has been fundamentally changed. Though much the city has done in integrated research of the process of water-circling, applying the information, computer and artificial intelligence technology to establish a real-time monitoring and management system, realizing the informationization in water resources management and solving the problem of optimization of the allocation of the water resources in an complicated area, many problems concerning water resources exploitation and protection in JiNing need further discussion.The development of hydrologic theories and optimum technology, especially the deepened research in large systems theory, have made the sustainable development of water resources in a certain district, area, and drainage possible. Based on the products of our predecessors, this essay, proceeding from the characteristics of the water resources and economic development in Jining, will elaborate the relationship between the water resources and social development as well as some relevant problems. It will make an over-all review about the theory on water demand for social economy and predict the demanded water quantity for social and economic development in Jining. Finally, on the basis of analysis of the factors that affect the sustainable development of the water resources in Jining, this essay will propose some measures that would contribute to the sustainable development of the water resources and social economy.
