Research And Implementation Of ASP Platform Pricing Model With Networked Manufacturing Orientated

The networked manufacturing is a kind of new pattern which according to the idea of agile manufacture, uses the Internet technology, establishes dynamic enterprise alliance which is agile and mutual benefit, realizes reorganization of resources which include research, design, production and distribution effectively, and enhances the fast response for market and competitive ability of enterprise. With the rapid development of the network technology, the ASP pattern of networked manufacturing was arised, a lot of ASP platform of networked manufacturing was launched in many place, and improved the medium and small-sized enterprises's information course. The pricing model and the billing system are an necessary part of ASP platform, and is acting an extremely important role in the development of ASP pattern of networked manufacturing. A feasible ASP pricing model should not only be able to make a reasonable profit for ASP manufacturer, but also make the consumers fill the ASP services are valuable, and are willing to use other ASP services. This combination of the two results, will make the application of ASP pattern of networked manufacturing which is in the manufacturing enterprise's information become better and better, thereby, promoting the development of manufacturing enterprises's information.This paper analyzed the status quo of ASP pattern of networked manufacturing, studied the characteristics of application services, and probe into the factors which maybe affected the pricing of application service; studied and analyzed the existing pricing model for a variety of application services, and pointed out that can not rely on one or two ASP princing model to adapt the flexible and diverse types of ASP services; put forward a ASP comprehensive pricing model, ascertained the seven basic modules of the model, discuss the calculate method of compositive pricing factor detailedly; studied the request of ASP comprehensive pricing model for users management and service management which is in ASP platform; on the basis of the ASP comprehensive pricing model, constructed the total design framework of billing system,designed the important interface and modules as well as the database structure; compared and analysed kinds of development techniques and tools which was used for billing system, and adopted the MVC frame to implement billing system.The pricing model and billing system was integrated in " Networked Manufacturing ASP platform of Jiangsu Province ". Through run and the preliminary tested, configure application services pricing model flexibly, user-oriented customized pricing model were achieved, and cost records of consumer became detailed, accurate and timely. The pricing model and billing system are consistent with the actual situation of domestic networked manufacturing.
