Study On Cluster Planning Of The Peripheral Areas Of Metropolitan Regions

Cluster of the peripheral areas of metropolitan regions as the important form of the metropolitan spatial expansion, its development and construction questions caused common attention of the government and the related discipline day by day, also became the hot spot of the research by the field of planning. Because of the special relationship about the cluster of the peripheral areas of metropolitan regions and the main city zone, cluster planning of the peripheral areas of metropolitan regions both are different with the general urban plot and the piece area planning, and is different with the general town planning of the peripheral areas of metropolitan regions, must explore a plan mentality which based on the cluster and the main city zone symbiosis.This article is completed by author based on participation of the master planning of Cuozhen in Hefei. The full text is composed of the following four parts:The first part is the preface, which mainly elaborated the cluster planning of the peripheral areas of metropolitan regions research's background significance, method and aim, as well as this article's research frame, based on the limits related concept's foundation.The second part is the summarizes for the literature, from three aspects which were the urban spatial structure, the peripheral areas of metropolitan regions development research and cluster planning to the domestic and foreign related research to carry on combing and summarizing.The third part is the theoretical analysis, based on systematicly summarizing the symbiosis theory, this article thought that the core theory should highlight the symbiosis theory, which is to the cluster planning of the peripheral areas of metropolitan regions, and has carried on the multianalysis to the big urban peripheral locality group plan's content from five aspects which the ecology symbiosis, the function symbiosis, the industrial symbiosis, the facility symbiosis and the spatial symbiosis.The fourth part is the empirical research, based on the multianalysis of Hefei city space shape had evolved, has carried on the multianalysis and the project design to Cuozhen and the Hefei main city zone's symbiosis relationships.The full text main conclusion: the core idea of the cluster planning of the peripheral areas of metropolitan regions is the symbiosis between the cluster and the main city zone, symbiosis planning is the key of the cluster planning.
