| Auto meter reading is the base of the measuringautomatization,andithasbeenpayed more and more attentions. Remote meter reading system for commutiy based onLabVIEW combines the powerful calculating and dealing ability of computers with themeasuring and controlling ability of instruments, fullfing remote meter reading throughflexible and convenient network-programming. Power-measuring chip that measured upinternationalstandardisusedto designforfull-electronicremote meterreadingsysteminthe thesis. The system can reliably calculate and save power-information in detail, andcommunicate with LabVIEW programme on client computer through RS-485 port. Andit can also present intuitionistic power-used information. LabVIEW programme onserver fullfills database data accessing, saveing and maintenancing. Meanwhile, itcommunicates with client through convenient network resource to accomplish remoteauto meter reading and management of the power system.
