Evaluation Of Reconfiguration Schemes For Distribution System

Distribution reconfiguration is an important way of improving power system's safety and economy. All kinds of methods on power calculation in distribution are given more attention, but the selecting of objective function and evaluation of distribution reconfiguration scheme is less discussed.This paper proposes an improved back/forward sweep algorithm for distribution network power flow calculation. The indices of evaluation reconfiguration scheme are proposed. The evaluation indices of distribution network reconfiguration scheme proposed in this article are feasible, they can depict the severity of fault quantitatively, reflect the security of system correctly, and they can be a new idea of analysis of distribution network reconfiguration.In the end, for the purpose of practice, we have designed and developed an urban distribution planning software package which has a good interface and simple operation. The indices of evaluation reconfiguration schemes are successfully used in this software.
