| Solar assisted heat pump and solar adsorption refrigeration technology are of great significance in Energy saving and environment protection. In this paper, the basic principle and structure of solar assisted heat pump and solar adsorption refrigeration technology are given in detail .Then according to the solar radiation condition in Beijing region, a heating and refrigeration systems that can provide hot water around the year is established for 100 m2 large room. Finally, comparison on economic performance between solar adsorption refrigeration system and traditional heating and refrigeration systems is given.The results show that solar assisted heat pump and solar adsorption refrigeration systems has a more promising future in energy utilization.
