Study Of Computerized Maintenance Management System For Power Plant Equipment Based On Lean Management

Maintenance is one of the foundational conditions that assure equipments operating safely and efficiently in power plant. Reasonable maintenance management and computer informational technique can help enterprise to control maintenance expenses and assure maintenance quality. Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS) is the combination of computer information technique and the maintenance management. It's of grate importance to set up the advanced CMMS that suitable to our country's characteristic in power plant.The theory of Lean Management emphasizes standardization , the work flow management,zero storage theory, and pay much attention on the spot management and the concept of Just In Time. Those are the necessities that optimize maintenance management. Based on the study of the lean management,this thesis applied lean management to maintenance realm, defined"Lean Maintenance"from the position of studying CMMS in power plants, then designed a Computerized maintenance management system for power plant equipment, analyzed the function of all the modules in detail. Finally,the database structure was designed,and the system was developed.
