With the 13 th five-year plan came the increase of the power grid scale,the equipment updating speed and the maintenance technology standard year by year.The operational reliability of the power grid has also been pushed to a new height since then.However,it has been difficult to meet the higher requirements,standards and goals of the power grid in the new era due to the emerging drawbacks of the maintenance management within power companies.Therefore,an advanced and feasible maintenance mode is urgently needed to meet the demand.Nowadays,the promotion of lean management in China has become more and more extensive,and most of them have yielded good results.The introduction of lean management into the maintenance management of Maintenance Company of Tianjin Electric Power Company of State Grid(hereinafter referred to as Tianjin Maintenance Company)can fundamentally change the existing management mode.While improving production efficiency and effectiveness,it can comprehensively enhance the management level of Tianjin Maintenance Company of State Grid and promote safe and stable operation of the power grid.The organization of the thesis is as follows:Firstly,the research background of this topic is explained;and a detailed overview of the development status and application of lean management,domestic and abroad,is overviewed through consulting literature and data.Then the current study explains the meaning of lean management and four mainstream models of the theory.The characteristics and advantages of condition-based maintenance theory are emphatically introduced,and the lean management theory is briefly introduced thereafter.Secondly,it introduces the overview of the maintenance management of Tianjin Maintenance Company,combing the current maintenance management system through investigation,inquiry and statistics,etc.By means of refined management theory,problems existing in the current regulations regarding maintenance work management in Tianjin Maintenance Company are carefully sorted into eight categories of safety,quality,labour,process,site waste and so on Thirdly,aiming at solving the problems existing in the maintenance management of Tianjin Maintenance Company,the lean maintenance management mode of Tianjin Maintenance Company is constructed and implemented.The improvement scope covers the whole life cycle of the maintenance management,starting from the three modules of maintenance organization plan,maintenance project management and maintenance site control.Tianjin Maintenance Company promotes the implementation and application of lean management in Maintenance production,which includes eight aspects: lean maintenance organizational structure,process management,plan management,safety management,quality management,manpower management,spare parts management and 6S management on site.Finally,the implementation effect of lean maintenance management model of Tianjin Maintenance Company is quantitatively analyzed in terms of direct and indirect economic benefits,which verifies the feasibility of the model.At the same time,it puts forward four major implementation guarantees,namely,cultural construction,team support,standard system and technical support,to further promote the lean maintenance management model,which is conducive to further consolidating the effectiveness of the management model,optimizing the lean Maintenance environment,improving the lean maintenance management system,and comprehensively enhancing staff's lean maintenance consciousness.
