With the rapid development of domestic power system,the types and quantity of equipments in the power grid are increasing,which brings severe challenges to the operation and maintenance of power system equipment in power supply enterprises.It is an effective way to solve the above problems to construct the topological structure view of power system equipment and the digital management interface of equipment operation and maintenance management through WebGIS technology.According to the requirement of lean operation and maintenance of power system equipment in Sichuan power grid,this paper designs and implements a lean management system of power system equipment operation and maintenance for a power supply company.The system uses WebGIS,SVG and Java Web technology to construct the logical topology view of power system equipment and provide remote operation service of equipment operation and maintenance management.In this work,we summarize the state art of technologies used in operation and maintenance management of power system equipment,clarifie the technology selection of the system,introduces the principle and characteristics of core technology,etc.Subsequently,the status quo and shortcomings of information technology in the operation and maintenance management of power system equipment in a power supply company are analyzed,and the specific functional and performance needs of the system are put forward,and the feasibility of the system development work is analyzed from the technical level.Thirdly,the technical scheme of lean management system for power system equipment operation and maintenance is designed in detail,including the overall function design of the system,WebGIS service design,Web service function design and database design.Fourthly,using ArcGIS as the development engine and PostgreSQL as the spatial database,the system's WebGIS service function is realized under the framework of Java Web technology,and the interaction effect of the system's SVG vector diagram is demonstrated and analyzed.Finally,the system is tested,the preparation of the test phase is introduced,and the contents,methods and test results of the function and performance test of the system are summarized.The application of the system can provide information support for power system equipment operation and maintenance management for a power supply company.Thesystem can realize remote visual operation,improve the convenience and intuition of the work,and promote the overall efficiency of the company's power system equipment operation and maintenance work.
