Substation Maintenance Multidimensional Management Of S Company Research Based On The Lean Thinking

Since the 21 st century,science and economic development has been rapid,substation,substation equipment with the social power supply demand rising steadily showing a rapid growth trend.At present,S power supply company is responsible for S City,three counties(cities)three areas of power grid operation,construction and distribution business tasks,power supply area 8256 square kilometers,all kinds of electricity customers amounted to more than 210 million.Substation maintenance is the company's main branch under the maintenance branch production department,responsible for the 172 substation substation equipment maintenance,technical transformation,defect handling and 24 substation integration work.In the face of 172 substation substation maintenance tasks,the increasingly heavy work makes "reduce people efficiency" has become the relentless pursuit of the goal in recent years,to promote the grass-roots production sector to break the traditional maintenance management of the old model,and actively explore the new model of lean maintenance.Meticulous management thinking focus on system management,emphasizing the details of the control and process management,its core philosophy is people-oriented,which is the research substation maintenance management.Substation maintenance personnel substation in a small mistake may lead to their own or other people's life safety,equipment safety and power grid security,how the daily substation maintenance management,to ensure the safety of the maintenance process to improve the quality and maintenance efficiency is the main content of this article.First this article introduces the development history,connotation and basic principles and the implementation tools of Lean Management;Secondly,it introduces the traditional substation maintenance management of the S company before the implementation of Lean Management,it mainly introduces the management of safety,team construction and overhaul mode and analysis of the traditional substation maintenance management problems;then it introduces the S company in the safety management,team management and maintenance management model to take the lean management,based on S company substation maintenance management model,study the three aspects of the substation maintenance management at safety management,team building management and overhaul mode management;finally,through the comparative study of the S company traditional substation maintenance management and the S company substation maintenance management based on lean thinking,through practice S company substation maintenance management,in turn prove that lean management in the management of substation maintenance practicality and effectiveness.This paper can serve as a reference for substation maintenance management.
