Due to the huge consume of global energy and heavy pollution of environment which non-renewable source causes day by day, as a green,clean and renewable source, wind power gain more and more attention by governments from different countries in the world. Meanwhile the wind power technology also becomes research hotspot of many country's scholars.Electric control system for VSCF wind turbine generator is an important part of the wind power system, which will play a very important role to keep it running stably and fully utilize wind energy source. The topics demonstrated in this paper focus on implementation of system function and study of control method,aims to finish electric control system.Firstly, this paper started from study of the construction and operating principle of BDFM, which then deduce the rotor speed d-q mathematical model and dual synchronous MT model of BDFM in details, built simulation model of BDFM in Simulink. Base on the study of BDFM stator magnetic flux linkage vector control strategy, the control model of VSCF wind turbine generator was built and analyzed by Simulink.Secondly,it analyzed the operating conditions of VSCF wind turbine generator system, control requirements and strategies in different running states in the all process from to start till halt. According to the control requirements of the system, it also analyzed the I/O signals of controller, which determined the hardware configuration of controller and signals interface circuits, then designed control program base on modularization program frame.Finally,in order to enhance visualization of control procedure, taking the wincc6.0 as the platform, the monitoring system software of wind power generation was designed. And the integrated test which aim to some functions in PLCSIM, step 7and Wincc6.0 was executed.The correction of BDFM model and VSCF wind turbine generator control strategies is verified by theoretical research and simulation analysis of system, which also provide the technical foundation for the theoretical research and realization of project in the future.
