The structure of Steel tube concrete is being used more and broader in recently research. It is one component which formed when it used in stead of concrete. In practice, concrete suffers from 3 different directions for the reciprocity of steel tube and concrete, then forms hoop power. In this way, not only the capability of steel tube and concrete get fully exertion, but also complex component's puissance capability.The thesis analyze the reliability of the structure of Steel tube concrete by separately used finite element analysis combined the Monte Carlo Method and the Response Surface Method, it introduces the appliance of steel tube concrete, the related theory of its reliability and the related background of the reliability research. The reliability research includes ascertain and uncertain analysis, it combined finite element analysis set up optimize design of Steel tube concrete.We could establish steel tube concrete data imitate model through non-linearity analysis method, which concrete uses willam-warnke five parameters model and steel tube uses double linearity to strengthen BKIN model. This model could preferable simulate the axis press analysis of steel tube concrete, confirm its limited bear power. The better result inosculate indicates the simulate analysis is preferable nicety. The increase of restriction domino effect is propitious to the analysis of limited bear power enhance, the quality and tenacity have better development. Both steel tube and concrete reach bend intension, the material capability gets fully exertion.Using the Monte Carlo Method and the Response Surface Method analyzes concrete's reliability in the action of axis intension contrive cost. the Monte Carlo Method has strong precision but it needs simulate for many times; the Response Surface Method could solve the reliability analysis of structure function. The combined of finity member and reliability analysis could convenience to reliability analysis of complex structure. The analysis indicates that the reliability is most sensitive to diametric value. The sub excursion reliability is most sensitive to the value of flexibility pattern, so these factors could be strictly control in the project. At the same time it confirms influence relation between input parameter and reliability. Combined finity member method to design parameterize, could design the separately lowest optimize design in bulk and cost in the satisfy condition of stress. This thesis offers reference for the reliability analysis and optimizes design.
