Research On The Method Of Layout And Overall Arrangement Of The Air-Logistics Park Infrastructure

The industrial structure has been adjusted rapidly. More and more high-technology and high-value products are increasing the demands of air cargo, also appointing comprehensive logistic services requirement from air carriers. In order to meet the needs of air-logistics development, some large airports, especially hub airports will establish Air-Logistics Park to perfect the air-logistics services and enhance their cargo competitiveness. But , the layout and construction of Air-Logistics Park is still young in China, If the plans are not scientific enough, the improper functions of Air-Logistics Park, the too large of the scale, the unreasonable layout will be exposed, which will bring difficulties to the operation..This paper analyses the formation mechanism of Air-Logistics Park and the status of the plans and construction of that in the first instance, points out some characteristics and function that Air- Logistics Park should have, and expounds the elements of Air -Logistics Park infrastructure layout, including impact, principle, approach and evaluation and so on, so that the layout and overall arrangement of Air-Logistics Park could be more rigorous than before. At the same time this paper tries to explore the method of the layout and overall arrangement of Air-Logistics Park infrastructure, through analyzing some other methods ,I find that Graph Theory , SLP and CORELAP more suitable than the traditional method in the layout of large-scale logistics park. At last, after collecting and clearing up information, this article makes the example of planning and designing of Shenzhen airport Air-Logistics Park in accordance with the logistics park layout planning steps with the help of the theory.Through this study, this thesis sorted out a complete method to construct the layout of Air-Logistics Park infrastructure, this thesis uses Graph Theory, SLP, and CORELAP for the planning and construction of Air-Logistics Park infrastructure, which is an innovation. The center-point is helpful for finding the key site of Air-Logistics Park facilities, and then SLP combines with computer-aided Arrangement Act -- CORELAP to fulfill the internal layout of the park.
