Research On The Layout Planning Of Multi-service Logistics Park

The logistics park continues to develop in the direction of intensification,professionalization,scientization and sustainability under the advantages of industry agglomeration,layout concentration,function integration,goods distribution and land intensification.The professional and lean logistics park service system,based on multi-service logistics park,has been gradually built up.Multi-service logistics park,which possesses comprehensive,integrated,public and other characteristics,is an important part of the social logistics service network and plays an important role in regional economic development,industrial structure and efficient allocation of logistics resources.However,the present construction of some multi-service logistics parks layout planning is lack of scientific rationality.The careless layout planning leading to the lower operation efficiency,the more scattered service functions,the higher logistics cost,interfereing with the public producing and living and other issues,to a certain extent,limits the effective supply of multi-service logistics park in the regional economic and industrial development.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a set of scientific and reasonable multi-service logistics park layout planning methods,in order to provide reference for local planning and construction of multi-service logistics park,to meet logistics park spatial integrated and optimized demand,and to enhance overall service level and service quality of multi-service logistics park.Based on the specific logistics park layout planning project,through the analysis and investigation this thesis makes a systematic study on the layout planning of multi-service logistics park in this four aspects as follows.(1)Illustrates 3 kinds of motivation of multi-service logistics park formation mechanism.Summarizes the definition,characteristics and development status of multi-service logistics park.Analyzes the meaning of multi-service logistics park layout planning.Constructes the functional architecture of multi-service logistics park.(2)Analyzes the freight demand structure of multi-service logistics park.Constructs the method of determining the attraction city and the proportion of freight volume by using the entropy weight method and the hydrogen atom structure gravity model.On the basis of GM(1,1)model to predict the influence factors of freight volume,puts forward the use of PSO-RBF model to predict freight volume of carrier cities and attracting cities.Integrates attracting freight volume to get the freight volume in target year.Based on the grey relational analysis,gives the evaluation method of logistics node freight volume share in order to get the freight volume of multi-service logistics park in the target year.(3)According to three classifications of the service function,type of freight,scope of supply,constructs multi-service logistics park function area type structure.On the basis of the modified SLP method for analyzing correlation of multi-service logistics park function area,puts forward the function area layout model of multi-service logistics park based on environmental interval distance.Designs the genetic algorithm to get the optimal layout scheme of multi-service logistics park functional area.Gives the method to evaluate the layout scheme by using the grey clustering model based on the central point triangle whitening weight function.(4)Taking Mudanjiang international logistics park as an example,makes an empirical analysis on the layout planning of the park,and demonstrates the rationality and practicability of multi-service logistics park layout planning system.
